For the opening performance of COME CLOSER,

I translated the sound installation into a setting with live moderation.

The sound bell hung from the ceiling as a fixedly installed element in the event hall. While the audience arrived, it could interfere with the installation. 

With the start of the live performance, the soundcollage could be heared via loudspeakers in the space pronunciating a welcome greeting and an invitation to feel comfortable. After a while, I loosened myself from the crowd and spoke to the audience live by microphone.

Using the ASMR means of gentle speaking, whispering, and crackling materials, I explored the affectivity of the situation and at the same time posed it for discussion.
